You have the right to return your item up to 14 days after the date of purchase (date on your Invoice), items must be received within this timescale and must be saleable / in the same condition as supplied to you and where manufacturer’s packaging is supplied the item must be returned with said packaging.
The carriage of a ‘Return’ must be arranged and paid by yourself, ensuring that you obtain a certificate of posting/proof of posting, which you can acquire free of charge. Refunds/Credit due will be made within 14 days of return of item. Any items returned for refund will carry a 10% handling fee, which will be deducted prior to refund. Invoiced shipping costs are non-refundable. if you wish to return any items we would ask you to contact first by calling 01462 455280 or emailing us at email@example.com. Please include your original invoice number along with your full name, postcode and details of your request. All correspondence relating to the return should include the original invoice number.
The exception to ‘the right to return’ is applicable to any goods which have been fitted, or trial fitted to a vehicle or any part, or seal, broken by purchaser may not be returned unless the goods are genuinely faulty. Chevronic Centre Ltd cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss or damage resulting from the improper use or fitting of any of product sold by them.
Any shortages, damaged or incorrect goods supplied should be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.
We are happy to cancel any order which has not yet been sent to the customer. If the parcel has already been sent we are happy to offer a refund for the cost of the part only. If the cancellation is advised before shipment a full refund will be offered. Refunds take 3-5 working days to process back to your bank account. We will not ask for your card details. We are happy to offer complete or partial refunds to any parts order which has not yet been shipped out to the customer. Refunds are offered to with a 14 days returns policy, the refund will only be for the part and not for the shipping fee.
